We are a couple that need a room where to arrive to Brisbane the firt weeks. So the most important features of the room would be: Furnished, all bills included, near QUT (Graden Point). We are not picky about the bathroom. We are a couple, so the price of the room must be for both. We think that arriving to a family house would be great because we (especially my wife) could share with the hosts. If we are satisfied with the room we can extent the rent for a long period.
