Cynthia is an expert in women’s leadership, business strategy and entrepreneurship. Hailing from Colorado, she finished a bachelor’s degree in Business. With very little money and no one working alongside her, Cynthia founded a major global study abroad organisation in the United States. GlobaLinks Learning Abroad is now a well-renowned million dollar company.

After selling her business, Cynthia concentrated on expanding her vision for women. She is currently the executive director of a new organisation called The Global Leadership League, which empowers women’s leadership. She is also the owner of consultancy business New World Vistas.

In this interview with Innovator Diaries, Cynthia shares what it takes to get to the top. She also talks about the trials she has faced along the way.
