Diane Quinn is the Chief Creative Officer of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group. Intuition, accompanied by drive and determination, got her into a powerful position in a company where entertainment is taken to the next level.

Creativity beckons and she follows. By never having a Plan B, she is free to manifest her dreams. She is not driven by plans but almost solely by her gut. Dianne Quinn believes that creativity is born deep in our souls. That is why she does her best to nourish that gift in every person at Cirque du Soleil.

More than creative genius and expertise, it always boils down to a person’s ability to collaborate and let go of their egos. She is a woman who constantly leaves her ego at the door.
