I am looking for a private room in a flat with ensuite bathroom located at a walking distance to University of Technology Sydney because I would like to run quick to the flat and back to school, during break time. Also, since I am a woman, sometime I might study at the University Library and return to my room late, therefore to be save, it is always secured to stay nearby the campus. I enjoyed a balance lifestyle which means there can be times where I would like to focus on my studies and there are also times where I'd love to socialize with friends during weekends or holiday or breaktime. I believe that to be able to succeed in studies I must have balance lifestyle. Since I always prefer a home cooked meal, I would want to cook at the flat.
